What is Epicure?

Epicure is owned by Amelia Warren and Canadian-based. Amelia developed Epicure to meet the need of providing a quick, easy and effective way for busy people to still put healthy meals on the table for their families.  Epicure offers a wide variety of ready to cook healthy options.  Amelia also believes that in order to eat in a healthy manner, you need to cook.
Epicure specializes in healthy, delicious, and very nutritious foods for families of any size. Epicure is Canadian owned and operated.  Epicure operates on a Direct Sales Model.  This is also called Multi-level Marketing.
Epicure not only offers nutritious ready to make foods but they also a business opportunity which we will explore further in this complete review.

Is Epicure a Scam?

I am not a fan of Multi-level Marketing Plans.  Epicure is a legitimate company though with products and it is not a scam.

Epicure Consultants are supposed to hold host parties that are basically cooking demonstrations of Epicure products.  Epicure claims that Consultants make approximately $250 in sales estimated for each party that they host.

Can You Make Money with Epicure?

In the beginning, you will earn 25% on everything that you sell.

If you sell over $2000 in a month, you will earn 28% commission.  That is your regular commission of 25% plus 3%.  Your take-home is supposed to be $112 for every party.

How much you earn is dependant upon how much time you invest in it.  If you have one party per week that means that you will earn approximately $500 extra each month.

How much does it cost to get started?

You will need to fill out the form online and contact an Epicure Consultant to get started.

You will need to purchase the Business Kit.

The Business Success Kit contains a starter kit of Epicure business tools.  It also contains food and cookware products to use and to display at the Tasting Parties that you host.

The Business Success Kit costs $175 and it is valued at over $500.  The Business Success Kit contains everything you need to get your new business up and running quickly.

Is Epicure a MLM?

Epicure definitely is a Multi-level Marketing Company.  Epicure is based on a Direct Sales Model.

Multi-level Marketing means that you will sell products and make a commission and recruit others to do the same.  You will, in turn, make a commission from your down line as well.

Does Epicure work?

In my opinion, being an Epicure Consultant will work better if you are a social person with a large network of family and friends.  But this is the case with any MLM.  Most MLMs encourage you to sell to your family and friends first.  Be careful because this could get quite annoying to your loved ones.

As far as the ready to make healthy and nutritious food from Epicure, customers are saying good things about it.  People seem to love Epicure food products.  If you have not tried any of the Epicure food products, it just might be worth a try!

My Final Thoughts on Epicure  My Final Thoughts on Epicure

As I mentioned, I am not a fan of MLMs.  And, I do not support them.

If a MLM has quality and legitimate products, it makes it more viable definitely.

I think the Epicure Products are worth trying.  I care about eating healthy and anything that makes cooking at home easier is a positive in my book.  Customers seem to love Epicure Products.

With people having such fast-paced lives and consuming way too much processed food, Epicure Products seem to be a good solution.

$175 is a big cost to get started.  In my opinion, there are better investments and better ways for you to have your own business and make money.  I will explain this further in the next section!  Also, I will share with you how I make money online with my own websites.

  1. Hello Alisha, this is a very good review on this product actually, it is the first time that I am hearing about epicure. It sound like a name of a health product, maybe a medicine but it’s a bit different. I do not like mlm systems because I have tried a couple of them that did not end up working for me. I will rather stay put than try this. Thanks for the explanation anyway. Thanks.

    • Henderson,

I am glad that you like my Epicure Reviews 2019!

I am not a fan of MLMs either.  I do like to review them to bring the best truth about them to my readers.

There are definitely more viable ways to make money as I explain in my article.  Thank you for stopping by!

  2. Hi,

Thanks for sharing, I’m not a fan of Multi-level Marketing business opportunities either. It doesn’t sounds like a scam but $175 is a large investment up front.

I agree this is an ideal business opp if you’re already a sociable person and do a lot of entertaining; but it doesn’t sound like something I’d like to get involved in, mainly due to the up front costs.

    • Nate,

I do agree with you and I am not a fan of MLMs either.  That is why I like reviewing them and bringing the truth to people.  Some MLMs are honestly way better than others.

$175 is not affordable by a lot of people and it is a big upfront cost.

There are better ways to build a business and make money online which I explain in my article.

Wealthy Affiliate is where I learned and I highly recommend it!

Thank you so much for your comment!

  3. For starting off a business, I think that $175 is a lot of money and I will not be wanting to go in. I still think though there are quite a  number of good products that are offered here which is a very good thing.

I do not know if any of my friends will be interested in this though. I will be sure to share this with them. You have done well to give a detailed review. Nice work.

    • John,

I am glad that you found my Epicure Reviews to be useful!

$175 is a big up front investment.  Most people just cannot afford to risk that much money.  There are definitely lower cost ways to get your own business going.  I recommend the ways to my readers on this website.

I get all of my training and everything I need to build my own business online from Wealthy Affiliate.

Thank you for sharing my article!

      Best wishes to you!
