Amway Reviews 2020 – Is Amway a Scam or Legit?
In this Article, we are going to look at all of the Amway Reviews and answer the question… is Amway a scam or legit?
Some people refer to Amway as a pyramid scheme. Is this indeed true or is it false?
Let’s explore this further.
Definition of a Product-based Pyramid Scheme
A product–based pyramid scheme is defined as an income opportunity in which people are recruited into a pyramid of participants. They make continual personal purchases of products and services. These people recruit others to do the same.
In essence, they recruit others to do what they are doing. This creates an endless chain of recruitment and purchasing of products or retail sales. In most cases, the person recruiting others will also make a commission based on the sales of the people in his down line (the people that he or she recruits) and normally there is some type of commission for the actual “recruitment” of another person.

No one earns income unless products are sold. This is a point of distinction.

Can You Make Money with Amway?
According to studies, only .3% of people make any type of profit from Multi-Level Marketing plans.
It is possible to make money with Amway but it is said to be very difficult and it takes a lot f hard work. The odds of making money are not good but it is possible. I would not expect any huge profits from this endeavor.
In my opinion, as with any MLM, the owners are the ones making the money.
Is Amway a Scam or Legit?
Amway is not a scam because they do have actual products. And, a person does not make any money unless they sell products.
As mentioned above, it was also confirmed to be a legitimate Direct Selling business by the U.S. Federal Trade Commission.
The chance of making money from any MLM style company is very slim. But, it is possible to make money.
My Final Thoughts on Amway
Amway is not something that I would consider as a business opportunity because I am not interested in this type of business or the products. Also, I do not and will not sell to friends and family! I won’t do it! lol
I would not buy products from Amway because they carry so many different products. For example, I do not want to purchase my skincare from a company that sells disinfectants for the house. But, that is just my opinion. Sure, I do that at Wal Mart but they are all different brands.
I would like to buy my make-up or skincare from a company that specializes in skin and skincare. I want to buy my Vitamins from a Health and Supplements company that specializes in that. You get the point!
